document imaging and a public Web server, each housing between five and 15 GB of information. Monitor
databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager and custom SQL scripts. Export/import Oracle data for backups
and migration using SQL*loader.
- Supplied proven programming expertise to complete numerous data conversion and manipulation projects by creating UNIX SHELL scripts using telnet, FTP, vi, grep and other UNIX utilities; utilized SQLPlus and Oracle Procedure Builder tools to create and maintain SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
- Maintained current knowledge of new Oracle versions through ongoing education to ensure optimal performance.

- Converted on-line systems using CA-Realia, COBOL, RealCICS, Real370 and Btrieve development products and created MS-DOS batch scripts to provide job submission and queuing functionality.
- Eliminated the tremendous expense related to the printing, filing and updating of several thousand pre-printed forms by using HP-PCL5 printer language to create custom laser printer overlays that saved $40,000 per year in the printing of one form alone.
